That depends on location, time and scope. I'll tell you honestly on the phone when I can be there – no empty promises.
Do you also work for companies that aren't customers yet?
Yes. Many of my clients got to know me exactly like that: in an emergency, when their own welder couldn't be reached.
What should I have ready when I call?
Location and access, material and dimension of the line, type of damage – and if possible a few photos via WhatsApp. That way I bring the right equipment.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, I come with mobile welding equipment. Special materials or fittings are clarified on the phone beforehand.
Do you follow our safety regulations?
Of course. I work according to your company's safety rules and work permits – standard practice in refineries and chemical plants.
What does an emergency call-out cost?
Emergency work is charged by time and material. Surcharges for nights, weekends or public holidays are stated transparently on the phone beforehand.
