For me, welding isn't a job but a craft I learned from the ground up. With my journeyman's certificate as a welder, I worked for many years on industrial pipeline and plant construction sites – in workshops, on pipe racks, in refineries and in stainless steel process plants.

Along the way I worked for renowned pipeline contractors and learned what industrial clients really need: clean, tested welds, safety on site, reliable deadlines – and someone you can count on.

With Schmelz I founded my own business in Oberbuchsiten. From here I can reach all of Switzerland quickly – for planned projects as well as emergencies when your own welder can't be reached.
